Zhou Li Dan

On Nov 30, 2015... just days after I had returned home from deployment... I got a call from CCAI with a possible match.

Her name is: Zhou Li Dan.
Age: 2 years, 11 months
China Diagnosis:  Hydrocephalus and Development Delays.

These are the pictures and video I got of her.   Very limited information, compared to B'Elanna's match information and a few unknowns.   BUT SHE IS OURS!!!
