Memorial Weekend

On Memorial Day, Monday May 28,2012, I took part in 10 Wreath Laying Ceremonies that are facilitated and sponsored by the Missoula's VFW, Ladies Auxillary and American Legion groups.   The first ceremony of the day was at Caras Park honoring the Navy Sailors, Coast Guard, Marines and Merchant Marines who have paid the ultimate price in the preservation of Peace and Democracy around the World.

After Caras Park, there were an additional 9 ceremonies all around town.  In between each ceremony, all of us Veteran, Active Duty and Reserve talked and socialized.
