09/22/2016 - ART 5 picked up.
09/06/2016 - Received Last LiDan update - measurments, answers to LOA questions and one photo!  Received Mommy and B'Elanna's passports with 10yr VISAs.
09/01/2016 - NVC#/PDF received!!  Submitted DS260 app to China for LiDan's American VISA.
08/30/2016 - GUZ#!!!
08/26/2016 - Received I-800 PA!!
08/25/2016 - Mommy and B'Elanna's passports mailed to San Francisco Chinese Embassy for VISAs.
08/24/2016 - Recieved I-797.
08/11/2016 - Hard copy LOA!!  31 DAYS!!

06/03/2016 - Mailed Dossier to Asst Stork for US SOS Seal and Chinese Embassy Seal.
05/31/2016 - Received I-800A back from WA SOS.  Got "Verbal Orders" for NIOC GA.
05/24/2016 - Mailed I-800A to WA SOS for Notarizing.
05/23/2016 - I-800A arrived from USCIS.  My 16th Navy Anniversary!!!
05/02/2016 - Got the Evidence for RFE from WACAP.  Mailed to NBC.
04/25/2016 - Received request for evidence (RFE) from USCIS.
04/05/2016 - Received 2 update photos.
03/21/2016 - Walked in for Fingerprinting appt.
03/17/2016 - Received fingerprint notice, with a date of 03/25/2016.
03/07/2016 - Got an email from USCIS today "Your USCIS application/petition has been received and routed to the National Benefit Center for processing. Within 7 - 10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) "
03/03/2016 - I-800A received at Lockbox.
03/02/2016 - I-800A application and homestudy sent to USCIS lockbox.
02/26/2016 - Home Study Complete!!!
02/11/2016 - Got letter from Dept. of State re. they need more info for B'Elanna's passport.
02/01/2016 - Applied for B'Elanna's Passport.
12/19/2015 - Mailed "Matched" Announcements to family & friends.
12/17/2015 - Received PA!!!
12/09/2015 - LOI submitted to China!!!
12/07/2015 - Sent LOI letter to CCAI.
12/01/2015 - Found out Zhou Li Dan is in a Xinhe Foster Family.  This is a foster family that lives on the  ZZ CWI grounds.
11/30/2015 - MATCHED!!! Zhou Li Dan (Beautiful Scarlet), 2yr 11mo, got 3 photos.  She is at Zhengzhou CWI (ZZ CWI)... the same orphanage B'Elanna was from!!
08/27/2015 - CCAI approved aplication!!!
08/20/2015 - Submitted application to WACAP for Home Study
08/17/2015 - Submitted application and Medical Condition Checklist to CCAI
