Timeline to B'Elanna


8/23/2012 - Loose a day flying and arrive at 11:20pm in Beijing!!
8/22/2013 - FLY TO CHINA!!!!!
8/15/2012 - Had CCAI Conference Call... Not much new information put out that I hadn't already learned from the Yahoo Groups and the FB Groups.  
8/14/2012 - Mailed my In-Country Expense Check to CCAI.
8/14/2012 - Finally received my Final Travel Packet with In-Country costs and daily itinerary (see posts for details)
7/31/2012 - Received email that my Consulate Appointment is 9/6!!!   I can now book TRAVEL!!
7/30/2012 - TA!!!
7/12/2012 - Article 5 picked up today!!!
6/26/2012 - Received my PDF with my GUZ# !!!
6/21/2012 - Received the hardcopy of my I-800 Provisional Approval in the mail today.  Scanned and emailed it to CCAI.
6/18/2012 - Received an email this morning that my I-800 was approved at NBC and is being mailed to me.   Should be here in 7-10 days.
6/05/2012 - I800 application received at TX lockbox. Takes about 10-14 days for the application to arrive at the National Benefits Center (The place that will issue B'Elanna's Visa).
6/04/2012 - FedEx package arrived at CCAI, everything looked good and was sent on to TX.
6/02/2012 - Received FedEx package with LOA/LOI in mail at 11:50, finished signing, photocopying, taking pictures and made it to the FedEx hub at 1:28:30 (they close at 1:30) to mail back to CCAI.  Should arrive on Monday by 10:30
6/01/2012 - I RECEIVED MY EMAIL NOTIFICATION THAT LOA WAS RECEIVED!!!
5/30/2012 - LOA!!  75 days!! (this is the date on the LOA form)
3/19/2012 - LID!!  19 days!!
2/29/2012 - DTC!!!  Much quicker than anticipated.
2/28/2012 - Got an email from CCAI today... Dossier has completed Critical Review and was FANTASTIC.  Now it will be translated and will hopefully be DTC within a few days.
2/14/2012 - Dossier received at CCAI.
2/11/2012 - Picked up Authenticated Documents.  Made copies, took pictures, put Dossier together and mailed it to CCAI.
2/10/2012 - Received notice from USPS that package arrived in Missoula.
2/02/2012 -  Paperwork Authenticated and Signed by the Department of State (Hilary Clinton). Taken to the Chinese Embassy in Washington DC.
2/01/2012 -  Paperwork arrived at The Assistant Stork office.
1/31/2012 - Received my certified I-797 from MT SOS.  Mailed it to The Assistant Stork courier services.
1/25/2012 - Received notification that my I-797 was notarized incorrectly.  So will get it renotarized and resent to the SOS tomorrow.
1/20/2012 - Received I-797 in the mail and sent Notarized copy to MT SOS.
1/16/2012 - I-797 Approved in 58 days!!!
12/13/2011 - Fingerprinting... walked in early... normal appt. was 12/20/2011.
12/2/2011 - Received my I797C from USCIS... got the receipt date of 11/23/2011, now wait for the fingerprint notification.
11/22/2011 - Sent I-800A to USCIS
11/16/2011 - Home Study Complete!!!
10/8/2011 - Received PA!!!
9/30/2011 - Mailed "Matched" Announcements to family!!!! Found template on Zazzle.com
9/29/2011 - Fourth Home study visit
9/28/2011 - Third Home study visit
9/27/2011 - Second Home study visit
9/26/2011 - LOI submitted to China
9/22/2011 - Sent LOI letter to CCAI
9/20/2011 - MATCHED!!! Zhou Yin Yue (Respecful Moon), 18mo, Got 5 photos!! Info says she is in hospital
                 having a SN correction surgery
9/15/2011 - Finished 12-hours of online Parenting Classes
9/12/2011 - First Home Study w/ Katie ANA
9/02/2011 - Received Dossier/Home study info from CCAI
8/26/2011 - CCAI approved application!!!!
8/18/2011 - Sent application to ANA for Home Study
8/17/2011 - Sent application and Medical Condition Checklist to CCAI
3/14/2010 - Zhou Yin Yue born

  2. Wow!! I cannot believe how similar our time lines are!! We are with CCAI too, and our Ellie will be in Anyang SWI in Henan. Maybe we will be China together!
