Driving to Missoula and Meeting Family

Auntie Bobbie, B'Elanna and I packed up and started driving to Missoula on September 13, 2012.  Of course, this was when B'Elanna started having her screaming fits about being in the carseat.  She quickly figured out that she could pull down the chest guard and then slip her arms through and try and get out... so Auntie Bobbie had to sit for HOURS holding the straps so she couldn't move the chest guard down.   This when on and off for HOURS!!   We stopped in Yakima, WA to pick up Posideon... which gave her a break for about an hour.   We were trying to get as far as Spokane, but by Moses Lake, we decided she had had enough and we got a hotel for the night.

The thing that surprised us was that B'Elanna was fine with Posideon... for the most part.   She started playing with him right away... then she would act afraid... then she was friends again.   Here are a couple pictures of her playing with him after her bath...

The next morning, we got up early and stopped in Spokane to see another couple of co-workers/friends.... Aimee and LT Valentin at their office.   They have been following and supporting me a TON through my journey and REALLY wanted to meet B'Elanna.   Then we got on the road for the rest of our 4 hour journey to Missoula.  Here is a picture of what B'Elanna looked like a good portion of the time!!

Crying, Screaming and displaying her flexability!!
When we got home, my Tante Noonie and Uncle Daryl were there to Welcome Us Home AND meet B'Elanna.  Here she is playing with some of her new toys!!

Then she took Uncle Daryl for a walk around her new yard.
She stole Uncle Daryl's cane.
Pulling Uncle Daryl around and Posideon
enjoying being back in his yard!

Uncle Daryl helping her listen to her music boxes.
 Enjoying Dinner with the family!

Joking around with Tante Noonie!!

Enjoying her Rocking Tiger.  The next day after everyone had gone home, B'Elanna was riding her tiger.... I looked over... and she was ASLEEP!!  It was so adorable... I pulled her onto my lap in the recliner and she slept for about 2 hours.   Poor thing was just exhausted from all the changes!!

What a modern girl.... Riding and Texting at the same time!!
