Flying Home... Day 17

So we got up bright and early so we could catch the first courtsey van from the SkyView to the Hong Kong Airport.  I just left B'Elanna in her PJ's and strapped her into the carrier.... it was just easier.    We ended up getting to the airport before the Delta counter had even opened...but B'Elanna's ticket was for a seat BEHIND me, so we needed to wait in line for our seats.  We finally got our tickets and through security... the we needed some food... and ended up with some crappy McDonalds.   Well, we made it to our gate and I was changing B'Elanna into her clothes and who came walking up.... THE WEIMERS!!  It was great to see them again... they ended up sitting right across from us on the first leg of our flight... to Tokyo.


Good Bye China!!

B'Elanna was being a little pill during the flight... so I finally gave her some Benadryl.

After the Benadryl wore off... we had a few moments of sanity.   She enjoyed coloring a little and listening to her headphones (for about 5 minutes!)....

Sleeping after one of her fits... a few moments of quiet.

A sweaty, tired B'Elanna... resting up and gaining some energy before our flight from Tokyo to Seattle.

  
Then we landed in Tokyo, found out gate, got these tickets fixed so we are all sitting together, got some food and then we were boarding the plane again.   No pictures for this flight.    B'Elanna wouldn't settle down without throwing a fit, so there were a lot of tears and crying and kicking... then quiet.... then about and hour of sleep and then it would start all over again.

About the Delta.... Lets just say this....

Delta has a LOT to learn about international flights.    The seating was some of the worst I have experienced... both going to China and Home!!!    B'Elanna's children's backpack wouldn't even fit under the seats in front of us!!   There was NO leg or FOOT room!!!   AVOID DELTA AT ALL COSTS!!!   I got a good price for the tickets... and NOW I know why!!!    On top of the NO LEG/FOOT room... the service was HORRIBLE the stewards, the boarding personnel.... EVERYTHING!!!

DELTA SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
